We fund on multi – family properties from $125,000 - $5,000,000 and on small commercial properties from $125,000 - $5,000,000, offering faster closing times (30 – 45 Days), Higher Loan to Value ratios (85% LTV; 90% CLTV), Minimum Credit requirement of 575, and Fully Amortized terms (15, 20, and 30 Years).

Traditional banks and funding institutions simply cannot offer such innovative and flexible programs. Typically they will take 90-120 days to close, offer lower loan to value ratios, and have more stringent credit score requirements. Knowing all of this why would you go anywhere else but New World?

Another of our feature products is Full Doc Underwriting. This is mainly focusing on what is known as, the A+ Borrower. This product is developed for borrowers with excellent credit history, and positive cash flow. We fund on multi – family properties from $125,000 - $10,000,000 and on small commercial properties from $125,000 - $10,000,000. Offering faster closing times (45 – 60 Days), Higher Loan to Values (90% LTV; 95% CLTV), and fully amortized terms (15, 20, and 30 Years).

Brand NEW product 97% LTV, Full Doc., 680 mid.,owner occupied, Tier 1 and 2 properties, max. loan amount 1 million.
